Dear Fellow Warrior:
We have a special announcement for all our Members! Time and time again patients cry-out for a class-action lawsuit against the Agencies and other Stakeholders responsible for the denial of life sustaining opioid analgesics.
While, there has yet to be a law firm willing to step up to the plate and take on the Untreated Pain Crisis, there is one brave Marine, Robert Rose, has stepped up to the plate for all of us who are inappropriately being unconstitutional denial of medical treatment for millions of individuals suffering from incurable illnesses and conditions.
To date Federal Lawsuits filed in Arizona, California, Florida, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Washington State, West Virginia
A Message from Robert;
“Don't interfere with anything in the Constitution. That must be maintained, for it is the only safeguard of our liberties. And not to Democrats alone do I make this appeal, but to all who love these great and true principles.” Abraham Lincoln, August 27, 1856. Speech at Kalamazoo, Michigan.
The history leading up to the present falsified “crisis” demonstrates an intentional effort on behalf of the United States to mislead the American people. Financial interests are the motivation behind the sponsors of the CDC guidelines since the beginning without oversight or input by Chronic Pain Patients or medical professionals certified in treating or managing injuries or diseases with no current medical cure. Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) of the Oversight & Government Oversight Committee directed the Centers for Disease Control to release the names of those responsible for and the process behind the drafting of the guidelines on December 18, 2015. This request by Congress was ignored, and the now infamous guidelines, released nationwide in March 2016, are a death sentence to millions of Americans.
Since that time numerous states have adopted policies and written legislation blocking access to legitimate medical care to millions of Americans. In essence, these guidelines have sentenced to death our elderly, cancer patients, veterans, disabled, minorities, middle class and poor. Sadly, this death cannot be construed in any way as being “mercy killings” as pain devastates the person’s body and mind by attacking all organs. The worst part is the mental anguish as a person becomes isolated with feelings of worthlessness and hopelessness staring at the ceiling waiting all alone, praying for death to claim them.
Over the past couple of years, the government has completed ignored and dismissed over 100 million Americans suffering from injuries and diseases. Our voices have fallen on deaf ears with each petition, protest, open comment period, phone calls, etc. The elected officials have continued to make it more and more difficult to find adequate healthcare by targeting our medical providers and allowing untrained pharmacist technicians to deny legitimate prescriptions.
Operation #Starburst is designed to force politicians to hear the voices of Chronic Pain Patients nationwide. As this great nation was formed, our forefathers saw the importance of checks and balances to prevent abuses against our Constitution and the American people. The Judicial Branch has the power and the authority to end these abuses to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. So important to our way of life, this is the only phrase to be found in the Bill of Rights twice. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness…
The #Starburst complaint targets both the state and Federal legislation and policies which are denying medical care and prohibiting the practice of medicine based on medical training with years of experience. In each personalized complaint, the plaintiff is asking the Judicial Branch to end the policies by the Federal Government by naming the United States Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker as well as each state by designating the State Attorney General to be held accountable.
In this manner, the complaint is nonpartisan considering both aisles have refused to listen to Chronic Pain Patients. Also, by naming each state, Americans from across the nation can join the citizens who have finally had enough with the torture being prescribed by state legislators with the cost of postage by merely completing the “Motion to Join” provided on the SickOfSufferingwebsite.
While it is true the President of the United States could end these policies with an executive order, to date he also has ignored our pleas for mercy. Considering politicians continue to turn a blind eye and deaf ears to the plight of so many, they leave Americans with but one legal option; the Judicial Branch. The #Starburst complaint places all our eggs in a single basket for our lives and future of our children. This battle is our Belleau Wood.
Without “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness” what does America represent?
